Macbook Pro – An Ideal Business Laptop?

Apple is one of the industry leaders when it comes to computers. They have come a long way from the black and green monochrome machines that were based off of 5.25 floppies. In recent years they have made leaps and bounds in the field of laptop technologies with their line of Macbook laptops. The Macbook Pro is their flagship model and is designed for everything.
Currently there are three versions in this class of laptop. You have the 13 inch, 15 inch, and 17 inch models. With most companies size doesn’t matter but with Apple it most certainly does. The 13 inch Macbook Pro comes with an Intel Core Duo processor at 2.26 GHz or 2.53 GHz, 2 to 4 gigabytes of memory, and 160 to 250 gigabyte hard drive. The processor is an Intel Core Duo ranging from 2.53 GHz to 2.8 GHz, ram is 4 gigabytes on every model, and the hard drive ranges from 250 gigs, to 500 gigs. Also included are an SD card slot, and a 7 hour built in battery. Graphics are powered by the Geforce 9400m with the options for a 256 or 512 megabyte Geforce 9600m GT.
Finally we come to the 17 inch model. There is only one version of this weighing in with an Intel Core Duo at 2.8 GHz, 4 gigabytes of ram, and a 500 gig hard drive. Included is an Express Card/34 slot, an 8 hour battery, and Geforce 9400M with optional 512 megabyte 9600M GT. The price for the 17 inch model ranges in at $2,500.00 U.S.D.
Many may complain that the price of the Macbook Pro is a bit steep; however most are ignorant of the features included. All Macbook Pro models have their chassis carved from a single block of aluminum. They are designed from the beginning to be completely recyclable, and environmentally friendly. They also have advanced power management features, and beautiful display quality.
Macbook Pro’s can handle everything from light to mid range gamming, 3D modeling, and limited animation. Photo editing is a breeze, standard features like web browsing, watching videos are effortlessly executed, and they excel at business presentations. Overall these laptops are great for the businessman or businesswoman. They have exceptional power, and many people are still using their models that are 5 years or older.
Apple’s Macbook Pro line is perfect for pretty much anything you can throw at it. Games, movies, 3D work, and business applications can run without a problem. The units have solid power, good features, and are very reliable. The only bad thing is the price but considering the features it’s well worth it.
